Beit Ummar Fair Trade was started to support poor Palestinian farmers who were struggling to sell their Palestinian products at a fair price by providing them with state-of-the art facilities and helping them into the global market . We know that is good for the framer is also good for us, so we all work together to make the finest of traditional Palestinian foods.
